ASIC Test Engineer, Annapurna Silicon Operations

Amazon is hiring an ASIC test development engineer to create tests and oversee production of our Trainium AI (Machine Learning) chips. We have had massive adoption of this AI training chip and need to develop and maintain robust production capacity. This position is nominally in Taipei but the expectation is that you will rarely visit the office, the majority of your work will be remote, from your home office or on-site at various OSATs in Taiwan and overseas. Key job responsibilities Hardware development for probe, final test, and system-level test. Software development and integration for each insert. General tool/script development support NPI engineering support for production ramp-up. High-volume production troubleshooting.
