Job Description
About the role: This is a senior IC role, with a dual mandate, own MA integration delivery for Global People workstreams, and drive program management across Total Rewards initiatives between deals. You will be the connective tissue between strategy and execution, equally comfortable building an integration plan for a Day 1 close and running a complex cross functional TR program. You will not manage a team. You will lead through influence, structure, and pace. You will work across Corporate Development, HR, Legal, Finance, and IT on the MA side, and across Compensation, Benefits, and HR Technology on the TR side. Both require the same core muscle, the ability to bring order to complexity and hold people accountable without formal authority.
What you will do
M&A integration delivery Own end to end program management for People workstreams across concurrent acquisitions, from due diligence through Day 1 and post close. Build and maintain master integration plans, dependency maps, RAID logs, and milestone tracking across functional leads. Drive Day 1 readiness, including org hierarchy setup, Workday onboarding, benefits and payroll cut overs, and employee communications. Serve as the primary integration point between People, TR, Corporate Development, Legal, and IT, translating deal objectives into execution plans. Prepare and present status updates and escalation briefings for senior leadership. Lead post close retrospectives and translate findings into repeatable playbooks. TR program management: Own program management for cross functional TR initiatives, compensation and performance cycles, platform rollouts, benefits programs, and policy changes. Build and maintain project plans, track milestones, and surface risks across TR workstreams. Partner with TR people technology specialists, compensation, performance, benefits, and mobility leads to sequence work and manage interdependencies. Drive operating rhythm improvements across the TR function, standardizing how programs are planned, tracked, and reported. Playbook and process development: Continuously improve both the M&A Global People operating model and TR program management infrastructure. Document processes, build templates, and reduce reliance on tribal knowledge across both domains. Qualifications What Success Looks Like: 8 to 12 years of progressive experience in program project management, HR operations, or management consulting, with meaningful M&A and Total Rewards exposure. Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent, high stakes programs as an IC without direct reports. Strong working knowledge of HR systems, particularly Workday, and comfortable navigating org hierarchy, EIB loads, and data integrity issues. Track record of influencing senior stakeholders and driving decisions in matrixed organizations. Experience with global integrations preferred, with awareness of cross border employment, works councils, and data privacy, a plus. PMP or equivalent, a plus. For positions in this location, we offer a base pay of $148,900 - $260,600 , plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive
