The role is part of the team that review and approves access entitlements across the company. This team works closely with Information security team, so it is expected candidate understand the Infosec principles in an Enterprise Setup The ticketing tool is client's inhouse tool and candidate will be trained on the tool and SOPs once selected Access Reports and are to be reviewed on daily basis and corrective / confirmative actions are to be taken accordingly Collaborate with various application teams and Application owners ͏

Key skills

Experience in handling tickets Ability to prioritize ticket Excellent communication skills and the role expect to talk to high profile users Teamwork and collaboration especially when tasks are dependent on multiple teams Conflict management and handling difficult users

Service Desk or IT support with knowledge on ticketing tools Ability to prioritize tickets Excellent communication skills Demonstrates the above the listed skills Appreciates and enjoys performing the roles listed ͏
