In this role you will be the key operations leader. Job Requirements

Direct and manage operations labor with respect to goals for safety, delivery, quality, conversion productivity, and scrap. Lead operations improvements through optimization of manufacturing flow, WIP optimization, Effective Equipment utilization, and PIM.  Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, capacity planning, productivity improvement, on-time delivery, production to plan, schedule, product quality, lean manufacturing, manpower, resource planning, staff support, and training. Ensure the lean transformation is delivered by achieving the TEOA corporate expectations and ensuring continuous improvement and Lean methodologies are embedded within the manufacturing culture. Partner with our Planning, Quality, Distribution, and Manufacturing Engineering teams to deliver on time. Monitoring production performance on a daily/weekly/monthly basis and define strategies to manage potential actions, when necessary, proactively. Productivity, scrap, set-up rates, WIP, Inventory, and forecasting is part of the key elements of production performance. Coordinate with Supervisors, Engineering, Quality Control, and other related functions to discuss problems and transmit/receive information relative to production specifications, deviations, method and procedure changes, and other related subjects to solve production problems, improve efficiencies, and maintain high-quality levels.
