The property management team is responsible for maintaining RBI's North American properties. The Property Manager   is responsible for   all property management - related   concerns   within their specific region.   Responsibilities include the   review and Reconciliation of accounts, SOAs & validating   the   integrity of the data within the designed software system, accurate and timely reporting,   a dministration of monthly rent, CAM,   T axes and   p roperty   m anagement   escalations. Reporting to the   Senior Property Manager , this role works closely with the Operations team, Lease Administration, Accounts Receivable, Asset Management, Development, Finance and Accounting.      Roles and Responsibilities:   Manage the assigned   region   to ensure that all lease data is maintained and updated in accordance with RBI internal quality standards.    Liaise with landlords and   franchisees   on matters such as   y ear-end   r econciliations,   Property maintenance, lease interpretation, site disputes and escalations.    Ensure the   in tegrity of the   l ease data within the system including the monthly payment of rent, budgeted CAM, taxes,   y ear-end reconciliations, and other   a h- h oc   b illings.   Assist in the delivery of property tax reviews, Lease audits & process improvement.      Prepares correspondence relating to rent adjustments, outstanding payments, CAM costs, Site Issues, etc.    Oversee our Non- R estaurant Property portfolio and establish maintenance schedules and day-to-day management.   Manage our bad debt and collection activities as well as tenant arrears   Other duties as assigned     Required Skills:    5 + years of experience in property management,   property   a ccounting   or   Lease administration with strong financial competencies and/or legal experience in retail/commercial real estate   Extraordinary interpersonal and communication skills both internal and external that show a capability of influencing a wide range of audiences on sometimes complicated or delicate issues   Well-organized with the ability to manage various competing priorities    Ability to work in teams,   particularly   cross-functional ones   Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and deal with uncertainty   Advanced Project Management Skills     Key Success Factors    Well-organized with the ability to manage various competing priorities    Being nimble and a good problem solver: able to deal with problems where a precedent solution isn't readily available   Ownership mentality   Excellent communication and ability to drive a win-win situation for stakeholders with competing priorities  Base salary range of $75,000 – $90,000CAD. Base salary for this position may vary
