This position plays a critical role in supporting manufacturing, troubleshooting, repair, and qualification activities for advanced wireless communication systems and RF-based products. The successful candidate will work closely with Manufacturing, R&D, Quality, Service, and NPI teams to ensure products meet Keysight's high standards for quality, performance, and customer satisfaction. The role requires strong hands-on technical skills, particularly in hardware troubleshooting and repair of RF modules and complex electronic assemblies, while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within manufacturing operations.   Keys to Success The ideal candidate is a hands-on technical professional who enjoys solving complex hardware issues, working with advanced RF technologies, and supporting manufacturing excellence. The role requires a proactive mindset, strong troubleshooting capabilities, attention to detail, and a commitment to continuous learning and operational improvement.

Responsibilities

Hardware Troubleshooting and Repair Diagnose and troubleshoot failures on RF modules, electronic assemblies, and complete systems. Perform board-level and module-level repair activities using electrical schematics, test equipment, and diagnostic tools. Identify root causes of manufacturing and field-return failures and implement corrective actions. Support qualification, validation, and verification activities for new and existing products. Manufacturing Support Provide technical support to manufacturing operations to ensure product quality, delivery performance, and process stability. Support production testing, debugging, assembly, and integration activities. Collaborate with engineering teams during new product introduction (NPI) and production transfer activities. Assist in developing and improving manufacturing processes, work instructions, and technical documentation. Equipment Maintenance Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of manufacturing test equipment, fixtures, and tools. Support calibration and verification activities of measurement systems and test equipment. Ensure equipment reliability and availability to support manufacturing schedules. Continuous Improvement & RCA Participate in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) investigations related to quality, manufacturing, and reliability issues. Support implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at reducing defects, improving yield, and increasing operational efficiency. Maintain accurate repair records, failure analysis reports, and technical documentation.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications Technical Diploma or Bechelor Degree in Electronics, Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
