The GDS team plays an important role in EY’s strategy by ensuring effective support to EY’s growth agenda. Our journey started in 2002 with approximately 200 people. Key Responsibilities: •    Lead and manage the Test Automation team, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure high-quality deliverables. •    Develop and implement a comprehensive test automation strategy aligned with the company’s goals and objectives. •    Cultivate and develop client relationships to enhance engagement and foster long-term partnerships. •    Identify opportunities for business growth by providing innovative solutions  •    Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, product management, and operations, to integrate automated testing into the software development lifecycle. •    Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of automated test scripts and frameworks. •    Evaluate and select appropriate testing tools and technologies to enhance automation capabilities. •    Monitor and report on testing progress, results, and quality metrics to stakeholders. •    Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing processes and methodologies. •    Play an architect role in designing scalable and efficient automation frameworks. Qualifications: •    Graduate/Post Graduate with strong technical background •    10- 15 years of experience in software testing, with a strong focus on test automation. •    Proven experience in leading and managing teams in a fast-paced environment. •    Expertise in test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium, TestNG, Junit, Playwright) and frameworks. •    Strong programming skills in languages such as Java, Python, or C#. •    Experience with CI/CD tools and practices (e.g., Jenkins, Git). •    Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. •    Strong communication and
