Assisting in the development of process flows to track lead time by activity and identifying opportunities to reduce lead times. Identifying opportunities for improvements including cost, quality, and service of customer needs and issues. Implementing and maintaining monitoring systems to provide information on shipment status, shipped date, in transit location, estimated arrival date, and actual delivery date. Generating and analyzing reports of transportation costs and carrier performance. Planning and tracking lead times including compliance with related regulations. Position Summary: The Materials and Internal Logistics Manager leads materials management, inventory control, warehousing, and internal logistics operations. This role ensures material availability to support production while optimizing inventory levels, improving material flow, maintaining inventory accuracy, and achieving safety, quality, delivery, cost, and customer service objectives.     Experience:

7+ years of experience in materials management, warehousing, logistics, inventory control, or supply chain operations. 5+ years leading teams in manufacturing or distribution environments. Strong experience with MRP, inventory management, warehouse operations, and continuous improvement initiatives.

MRP, Inventory Management, WMS, and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards, Microsoft Dynamics). Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Supply Chain Metrics, and Warehouse Operations. Health, Safety, and Compliance Standards.

Develop and execute materials management and inventory strategies aligned with business goals. Ensure availability of raw materials, components, indirect materials, and spare parts. Manage inventory policies, cycle counts, physical inventories, and audits to maintain high accuracy levels. Monitor MRP activities and demand planning processes. Lead warehouse operations including receiving, storage, material handling, picking, staging, and production replenishment. Optimize warehouse layouts, material flow, storage utilization, and internal transportation processes. Ensure compliance with safety,
