The role
The IT Supply Operations Specialist is responsible for managing operational procurement activities for Data Center Infrastructure and Network Connectivity services across the APAC region. This role ensures the efficient sourcing, purchasing, contracting, and payment of IT infrastructure services while partnering closely with Engineering, Finance, Legal, and external suppliers. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple procurement activities in a fast-paced, international environment.
Your responsibilities will include
• Manage end-to-end operational procurement activities for Data Center Infrastructure, Network Connectivity, and other IT-related categories.
• Source, evaluate, and engage suppliers across the APAC region to support business requirements.
• Conduct commercial negotiations and coordinate contract execution with internal stakeholders and suppliers.
• Process procurement requests, purchase orders, invoices, and payment requests using ERP and procurement systems.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Finance, Legal, and other internal teams to ensure timely execution of procurement activities.
• Support supplier onboarding, qualification, and ongoing vendor management processes.
• Track procurement requests, contracts, purchase orders, and payment status to ensure timely delivery and issue resolution.
• Ensure compliance with Nebius procurement policies, approval workflows, and internal controls.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with regional suppliers and service providers to support operational excellence and business continuity.
• Identify opportunities to improve procurement processes, efficiency, and supplier performance.
