In this role, you will be responsible for financial reporting, planning, and forecasting activities (HY, FY, and SOP), ensuring the accuracy and quality of financial data. You will also provide analytical support and financial insights to the RTR team supporting the UK&I markets. By being part of this team, you will work from Monday, to Friday, 09:00-18:00, from Bucharest. How you’ll make an impact: Update and maintain financial models to support accurate forecasting and reporting activities. Analyze financial results against forecasts and identify key variances and trends. Prepare financial reports and insights to support business decision-making. Partner with budget owners to align spending plans with business targets and financial objectives. Monitor actual expenses, validate cost allocations, and ensure appropriate accruals are maintained. Develop reporting dashboards and analyses using Power BI to provide visibility into spending performance. Manage product pricing updates in the ERP system and oversee the timely processing of customer credit notes. #LIEU Skills that make your work successful: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; Solid understanding of accounting principles, financial processes, and financial statements; Strong business acumen with a commercial mindset and the ability to translate financial data into business insights; Proven ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment; Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills; Advanced knowledge of financial systems and reporting tools, including SAP, and Excel; Experience in risk identification, internal controls, and continuous process improvement initiatives; Proactive, solution-oriented, and adaptable, with the ability to perform effectively in a dynamic business environment.
