How You Will Make an Impact  Position candidates should be highly motivated with excellent communication and analytical skills in order to: Operate our proprietary internet-based performance reporting application to assist in the onboarding process for clients Efficiently manage their day based on incoming requests from various clients and teams Communicate with clients in a proactive & professional manner Identify potential problems and troubleshoot to resolve issues Decipher, process and follow through on client requests Most importantly, the ideal candidate will have the ability to demonstrate our core values in all aspects of the position.
