The competencies offered include analytics, digital, user experience, mobile technology, infrastructure, Microsoft technologies and open innovation.   The Opportunity As a Senior HCM Payroll Specialist, you will be at the forefront of managing and optimizing our payroll processes within the Human Capital Management (HCM) framework. This role offers you the chance to lead payroll operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing of employee compensation. You will have the opportunity to work closely with HR, finance, and IT teams to enhance payroll systems and processes, implementing best practices that drive efficiency and effectiveness. Your expertise will be essential in addressing complex payroll issues, conducting audits, and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements. In this position, you will also play a key role in mentoring and training junior payroll staff, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages knowledge sharing and professional development. Need to work as a team leader (technical leader) to contribute in SAP HCM Payroll implementation project. Lead teams in the business transformation / managed services track of SAP engagements. Conduct Business Blueprint requirement gathering workshops to gather business requirements and finalize to-be design. Deliver Business Blueprint, configuration, functional specifications, unit test scripts, integration test scripts as per business requirements. Interface and communicate with the onsite coordinators. Planning and monitoring of the project deliverables from the team. Mentor the project team in executing the identified projects. Regular status reporting to the Manager and onsite coordinators.
