The IT Scrum Master – Salesforce & Digital Customer Experience (DCX) is responsible for driving Agile delivery practices across Salesforce, Customer Care, Marketing Technology, Digital Customer Experience (DCX), Customer Portal, Website, and AI-enabled platforms. This role serves as a servant leader and Agile coach, enabling high-performing cross-functional teams to deliver business value through iterative development and continuous improvement. The Scrum Master partners closely with Product Owners, Business Stakeholders, Salesforce Architects, Developers, UX Teams, Digital Experience teams, and external partners to manage Agile ceremonies, optimize team performance, remove delivery impediments, and ensure successful execution of strategic initiatives across Commercial, Customer Care, Marketing, and Digital platforms. This job will be based remote in the US and will be part of the IT Applications front office team and report to the IT Applications Director Key Responsibilities: Lead Agile delivery for Salesforce, Agentforce AI, Marketing, Customer Care, and Digital Customer Experience initiatives, ensuring consistent adoption of Scrum principles and Agile best practices. Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Release Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives while driving continuous improvement and team accountability. Partner with Product Owners and business stakeholders to prioritize backlogs, manage sprint commitments, remove impediments, and align delivery with strategic business objectives. Manage Jira and Agile metrics , tracking team velocity, sprint progress, release readiness, defects, dependencies, risks, and overall program health through executive-level reporting. Coordinate cross-functional teams across Commercial, Customer Care, Marketing Business teams, Functional & IT Technical Architects, Developers, QA, Dev Ops and Vendor partners to ensure successful project execution and stakeholder alignment. The essential requirements and soft skills of the job include: Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related discipline, plus 8+ years of Scrum Master experience within enterprise IT organizations. 3+ years supporting Salesforce-based programs and product teams, with a strong understanding of Salesforce technologies, AI/Agentforce programs, and customer-facing digital platforms. Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Agile dashboards, and reporting tools. Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and Agile delivery frameworks, with excellent communication, facilitation, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills.
