Your Role - Geologist, Projects



Reporting to the Superintendent, Geology, the Project Geologist plays a critical role in executing and supporting grade control activities, ensuring accuracy to maximise ore value, while driving continuous improvement, safety, and team development.  The position contributes to the safe and effective execution of drilling programs that support resource growth and long-term mine planning, playing a key role in strengthening geological understanding and information operational decision-making.

Key Responsibilities



In this role, you will

• Lead geological mapping, sampling, orebody interpretation and data analysis to support accurate grade control modelling.

• Oversee grade control execution to maximise ore recovery and minimize dilution, working collaboratively with mining and processing teams.

• Plan and schedule ore control activities and resource development drilling programs, ensuring safe and efficient delivery.
