Prepare basis-of-design reports, cost estimates, draft schedules, and construction work packages; support bid evaluations and procurement. Provide construction-phase services: respond to RFIs, review submittals, perform field observations, support factory/site acceptance testing, startup, and commissioning. Lead quality reviews, apply lessons learned, and ensure compliance with codes, standards, and client requirements. Support client engagement and business development: scope development, level-of-effort, proposals, and technical presentations. Mentor and develop junior staff.
