You excel at: Leading end-to-end Oracle HCM Core workstreams across implementation lifecycles Translating HR business requirements into scalable system solutions Managing client relationships and influencing key stakeholders Driving team performance while mentoring and developing junior talent Navigating ambiguity and delivering results in fast-paced consulting environments THE WORK: As a Core Workstream Lead Lead, you will be responsible for driving delivery excellence and leading critical components of Oracle HCM programs. Your responsibilities will include: Leading the Oracle HCM Core HR workstream, including organizational structures, workforce lifecycle processes, and employee data management Overseeing project phases including design, build, test, and deployment, ensuring alignment to scope, timeline, and quality expectations Acting as a primary point of contact for client stakeholders, providing strategic guidance and recommendations Managing cross-functional dependencies across HCM modules (Payroll, Time & Labor, Benefits, etc.) to ensure integrated solutions Leading workshops to gather, validate, and refine business requirements Ensuring adherence to best practices, governance standards, and compliance requirements Coaching and mentoring team members, fostering capability development and knowledge sharing Supporting business development activities, including solutioning, proposals, and client presentations WHAT YOU’LL NEED (Basic
