Main Responsibilities

Lead development of business analytics frameworks. Build and lead a high-performing business analytics team. Lead BA team’s transformation from “requirement translators” to “AI business accelerators”. Require extensive experience with traditional solutions architecture and business requirement mapping. Collaborate with application delivery team / data teams to ensure solution compatibility with company standards. AI prototyping capability development and standards setup in company wise. Conduct regular stakeholder check-ins with business to gather feedback and continuously improve BA service delivery. Coordinate cross-functional business process mapping and optimization. Contribute to IT strategic planning, providing business-side input and AI transformation initiatives.

Job Qualifications

10 years business process design / implementation experience, 3 years in a team leadership role. Expert-level business requirements documentation skills. Hands-on familiarly with at least one AI prototyping tool. Teamwork and be able to work under pressure. Business requirement translation, AI curiosity, execution drive, data mindset. Experience of managing end to end system development / implementation is a plus. Strong business sense is a big plus. Open minded, innovative thinking, easy going and optimistic. Continual learner.
