A Day in the Life The Senior Manager for Finance AI & Digital Enablement is a pivotal leadership role, supporting our Global Finance vision for the organization’s artificial intelligence and digital initiatives. The position is responsible for facilitating, developing, governing, and leading digital and A.I. use cases that bring value to the Finance processes in a consistent and meaningful way – ultimately accelerating our path to best-in-class digital Finance capabilities. This role partners closely with Finance leadership, Global IT, Finance Systems teams, and business stakeholders to identify opportunities to automate processes, enhance decision-making, and improve operational efficiency. The position requires a strong blend of finance expertise, digital innovation, and change leadership to scale A.I. and digitally enabled capabilities across the finance organization. Key Responsibilities
As the Senior Manager, AI & Digital Enablement, you will: Lead, manage, and guide a team of individuals that are focused on the delivery of our AI and digital roadmap. Partner with key stakeholders to identify, prioritize, design, test, and deploy AI and digital use cases that align with technology feasibility and the overall Global Finance vision. Establish strong governance to ensure consistency in project execution and timely achievement of program milestones Work in partnership with Global IT, Finance, and third parties to operate within an agile model. Demonstrate clear communication to various stakeholders, including periodic updates on the delivery status and overall business outcomes. Manage staff by setting goals, coaching performance, and supporting professional development to support the AI and digital vision.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree with 7+ years of work experience in Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, and/or Finance Systems (Or Advanced Degree with 5+ years) plus 5+ years of progressive leadership experience Nice to Have Individual that is motivated by continuous process improvement and strives to drive efficiencies and effectiveness for the function and overall business Has the ability to see and understand the big picture and translate strategy into executable process improvements Strong ability to drive change through leadership and influence Excellent written/oral communication, collaboration, change management and presentation skills, including the ability to translate financial data into concise information for management Strong organization and time management skills, including ability to manage multiple tasks, changing priorities and maintain accurate records. Strong business acumen: ability to learn/understand the business and influence key stakeholders at various management levels to drive and increase value to the organization. General understanding of financial processes; including planning, forecasting, management reporting, external reporting, financial close, and related internal control activities.
