Human Resources Director

The Human Resources Director serves as a key partner to the leadership team, leading the development and execution of people strategies that enable business growth, organizational transformation, and sustainable performance. This role is responsible for shaping and driving the full spectrum of human capital initiatives, including talent acquisition, organizational effectiveness, leadership development, succession planning, employee engagement, total rewards, culture transformation, and employee relations. This role champions Emerson's Value Creation Strategy and cultural aspirations by fostering a high-performing, inclusive, and engaged workforce while ensuring compliance with legal, ethical, and corporate standards. The role provides both strategic direction and operational leadership for all people-related matters across the organization.
