We are seeking an experienced Sr. Program Manager to drive the effort to provide a world-class Customer shopping experience by improving the quality of selection in our stores. Key job responsibilities *Own and improve the end to end process for improving selection quality *Map out workflows and improve them over time *Work with other team members to apply automation needed to reach Amazon scale *Interact with stakeholders at multiple levels and in multiple locations across Business, Operations, Analytics, and Tech *Maintain focus on Selling Partner and Customer experience while delivering program *Write crisp narratives and represent progress in their areas to senior leadership *Make smart tradeoffs, coordinate dependencies, and maintain communication to guarantee smooth delivery About the team The Core Selling Partner Experience (CSPE) team builds world-class experiences to help Selling Partners across the world bring great selection at low prices for our shopping customers. The Listings team within CSPE is responsible for the tools and services Selling Partners use to do this, as well as the listing policies and guidance put into place to make sure they're successful.
