About the role
Come and start your career in the medical device industry by becoming a Neuromodulation Clinical Sales Representative ( CSR ) Graduate.
Starting in September/October 2026 t his 12-month Graduate role will be serving London and the Southeast area.
The focus of the role will be supporting the Interventional Spine (IVS) franchise sales team by identifying commercial opportunities in the region to drive business growth, supporting the opening and onboarding of new Intracept centres, supporting regional and local sales strategies, attending conferences and local meetings to promote the IVS products and providing clinical support. The role requires the CSR to attend Intracept and RFA procedures to provide technical support to pain consultants/neurosurgeons/radiologists/spine surgeons and the theatre staff. This includes in-service training sessions for those not familiar with the products, but also routine trouble shooting either in person or over the phone.
Key Responsibilities
Support the UK sales team with account strategies and commercial activities such as tenders and negotiations
Drive sales through identifying opportunities when providing procedure and clinical support
Educate customers on the merits and proper clinical usage of company products by giving presentations and demonstrations using appropriate formats and platforms (e.g., slides, manuals) to keep all customers abreast of the latest BSC products.
Build and maintain relationships with economic stakeholders and clinical KOL’s (e.g., through casual conversation, meetings, participation in conferences).
Provide Sales and Marketing with detailed business intelligence for accounts in scope (e.g. market size and potential, market / product trends, business opportunities, competitive landscape, updated clinical and economic stakeholders).
Provide technical support in the theatre environment to physician’s and theatre staff during procedures after careful training.
Under general supervision, serve as primary resource for clinical support consisting of tackling variety of issues relating to troubleshooting.
Respond to customer needs and complaints regarding products and service by developing creative and feasible solutions or working with other related personnel (e.g., sales, clinical, research, marketing, technical support) to develop optimal solutions.
Providing initial and continuous training, education and support for clinical centre personnel
Attend and actively participate in customer, company and industry sponsored events and meetings.
Records customer information and activities in company’s CRM system: use the system as an alignment tool with other commercial roles.
Requirements Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field. Full UK driving licence. Strong interest in healthcare, medical technology or sales. Customer- and patient-focused with a passion for delivering excellent service. Commercial mindset with an eagerness to learn and grow. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Comfortable working in hospital and operating theatre environments. Technically curious, with the ability to learn new products and technologies quickly. Self-motivated, proactive and able to work independently as well as part of a team. Flexible and willing to travel across the UK, including occasional weekends when required. Ideally
