Terminal Supervisor

Basic Function

HF Sinclair Midstream located in Henderson, CO is seeking a Terminal Supervisor. This position will be r esponsible for leading safe and efficient terminal operations by improving performance, guiding frontline teams, and ensuring standards are consistently followed. They will build strong, accountable teams while maintaining compliance with safety and environmental requirements. This person will play a key role in managing and driving change, aligning day-to-day operations with business priorities, and supporting reliable, incident-free performance. Job Duties

Pivotal role coordinating with the pipeline scheduling and marketing departments Responsible for the computer software training Determines work procedures, sets priorities, prepares work schedules and expedites Terminal workflow Prioritizes procurement of materials and equipment Assesses current processes, including evaluating appropriate software, and provides recommendations for automation and efficiencies Establishes, maintains and documents procedures for department to organize workflow; organizes and conducts weekly meetings Analyzes and develops solutions for problems arising within the department Prepares weekly payroll input, verifying employee calculations, and maintains and verifies attendance and leave allocation for account receivable employees Acts as liaison between Terminal and other related departments as needed Acts as a liaison with local, state, and federal regulatory authorities Coordinate training with responding municipal emergency services Verifies Terminal documents for accuracy of calculations, information and approvals Handles escalated telephone calls and checks and responds to department electronic mail Develops reports, isolates potential operational issues, and provides recommendations and ad hoc reports to appropriate management

Special assignments or tasks assigned to the employee by their supervisor, as determined from time to time in their sole and complete discretion. Experience

A minimum of seven years of related experience with at least two years in a lead role is required. Education Level

A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in related field or an equivalent combination of education and work experience at the management level is required.  Required Skills

Special training and/or certifications in computer accounting software and hazardous materials is essential. A significant amount of energy industry and supervisory experience is required. Basic reading and writing skills with the ability to perform basic level mathematical calculations. Ability to effectively communicate with others, both written and verbal communication. Supervisory/Managerial Responsibility

Responsible for the direct supervision of at least four employees. Work Conditions

Office and field based with 10% travel by land and air required. Refined petroleum products, warehouse/plant environment, out-of-doors environment, and driver based environment including but not limited to chemicals, pressure vessels, tanks, rotating equipment, working in confined spaces, and exposure to the risk of electrical shock. Subject to all temperatures, weather, and varying road conditions. Benefits
