Location: Trafford Distribution Centre- TDC What you’ll do: The difference you will make: You’ll play a key role in maintaining stock integrity across the DC, reporting into the Manager Supply Chain Operations. You’ll control stock adjustments, support 3PL requirements and help ensure inventory data A day in the life:
Understand and control warehouse processes where inventory integrity is affected, working closely with Operations across Outbound, Inbound, VAS, Returns and QC. Plan and initiate inventory checks, process adjustment updates and report the results of physical stock checks. Ensure warehouse inventory system alignment between WCS and WM, controlling adjustments and understanding the causes of discrepancies. Investigate stock discrepancies, customer delivery discrepancies and inventory issues, sharing clear findings with the relevant departments. Support locked location/stock investigations, Discrete cancellations to SLA, Customs and Returns inventory queries, and the 3PL retrieval process with accurate records.

Stock control experience, ideally gained within a warehouse or distribution centre environment. Strong attention to detail, with a methodical, analytical and process-driven approach to problem solving. Confident communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build effective relationships cross-functionally. Computer literate with good Microsoft Office skills; experience using warehouse management systems would be advantageous.
