Work Environment –you will be working in the NSM (Non-Serial Material) Warehouse at the BMW Group Plant Debrecen, in a modern office area together with your team members, with access to ergonomic workstations, kitchen facilities, coffee stations, and a company canteen. Planning – managing and coordinating the ordering of non-serial materials (NSM) for assigned technology areas to ensure uninterrupted operations. Ensuring – securing the timely availability of materials required for daily operations and project-related activities. Coordinating – working closely with internal customers, suppliers, and purchasing partners to align material requirements and delivery schedules. Optimizing – maintaining accurate master data and inventory information in SAP while analyzing demand and supporting continuous improvement initiatives in material planning processes.
What should you bring along?
Educational Background - university degree in a technical or business-related field would be an advantage. Equivalent professional experience is also welcome. Professional experience - experience in inventory management and a good understanding of logistics, warehousing, procurement, and purchasing processes. Digital Skills - confident use of MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint. SAP knowledge would be considered an advantage. Problem Solving Skills - ability to work under time pressure, prioritize tasks effectively, and resolve issues independently. Working Style - precise, structured, and analytical approach combined with strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Language Skills - business fluent English and Hungarian language skills, both written and spoken, are required. Additional German language knowledge would be an advantage.
