Make your mark at one of the biggest names in payments. We’re looking for a Field Sales Representative to join our ever-evolving sales team and help shape the future of global commerce. What you’ll own Develop and manage a strong pipeline of prospective clients within assigned territories, identifying new business opportunities and driving revenue growth. Build and nurture relationships with merchants, partners, and key decision-makers to understand business needs and deliver tailored payment solutions. Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting and client presentations through negotiation, contract execution, and onboarding. Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets, revenue goals, and key performance metrics while maintaining accurate CRM records and forecasts. Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders across product, implementation, customer success, and support teams to deliver an exceptional client experience. What you’ll bring Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. 3+ years of successful B2B sales experience, preferably within payments, fintech, financial services, technology, or related industries. Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and driving new customer acquisition. Strong consultative selling, negotiation, relationship management, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while effectively managing multiple priorities and client relationships. It’s a bonus if you have Experience selling payment processing, merchant acquiring, fintech, SaaS, or related financial technology solutions. Knowledge of electronic payments, card networks, digital commerce, and payment acceptance solutions. A customer-first mindset that demonstrates the ability to think like a client , understand business challenges, and deliver meaningful solutions. An ownership mentality with strong accountability, innovation, and results orientation to act like an owner . Proven ability to collaborate across diverse teams and build strong partnerships to win as one team .
