What You’ll Do As a Cell Operator, you’ll be part of our team located in Shelbyville, KY. You’ll get to:  Operate, change over, adjust, troubleshoot, and clean machines and equipment as needed while maintaining proper flow of product to meet service level goals Maintain a safe work environment for yourself and other associates, exemplifying 6S principals Ensure all products meet specifications, maintain quality standards of product following quality assurance on FPI Properly fill out all documentation and labels Properly handle all scrap, rework, and mixed product Perform other duties as assigned Who You Are You always strive to do a good job…but wouldn’t it be great if you could do your job and do a world of good?
