About this role
Clio is the global leader in legal AI technology, empowering legal professionals and law firms of every size to work smarter, faster, and more securely. We are transforming the legal experience for all by bettering the lives of legal professionals while increasing access to justice .
Summary
Summary Clio is the global leader in legal AI technology and the first legal practice management unicorn. While the majority of Clio's growth to date has been in North America, international expansion is a key strategic priority for the business. Today, Clio serves customers in over 130 countries. Spain is one of Clio's highest-priority growth markets within EMEA, with Barcelona serving as the hub for our Spain operations. The Spanish legal market represents a significant opportunity, and Clio is investing in building awareness, generating demand, and establishing itself as the leading legal technology platform for legal professionals across the country. As Demand Generation Manager, Spain, you will own the strategy and execution of multi-channel demand generation programs across paid search, paid social, webinars, events, and digital campaigns. You will set the direction for how Clio builds pipeline and awareness in the Spanish market, manage agency partners against that strategy, and work cross-functionally with Sales, Field Marketing, Product Marketing, and Revenue Operations to hit ambitious growth targets. This is a hands-on leadership role. You'll set the strategy, but you'll also be close enough to execution to know when something isn't working and why. Our wider Marketing team is distributed across Ireland, the UK, Canada, the US, Spain, and Australia. We work collaboratively through async communication, Slack, and video, and we value curiosity, ownership, and continuous improvement.
Who You Are
You are an experienced demand generation marketer with a proven track record of building and executing data-driven marketing strategies that hit ambitious targets. You know how to move between strategic thinking and getting into the detail of a campaign when it needs your attention. You have strong stakeholder management skills and can influence cross-functionally without formal authority over every team you work with. You're comfortable managing external agency relationships and holding them accountable to performance goals. You're motivated by ownership and want ambitious growth in Spain and are excited to help build it.
What You'll Work On
Strategy and Planning Develop and own Clio's demand generation strategy for the Spanish market, identifying the channels and programs that will unlock the biggest growth. Set targets and budget allocation across paid search, paid social, webinars, and events, and be accountable for performance against them. Analyse the Spanish market and legal industry landscape to shape messaging, targeting, and campaign priorities. Build the annual and quarterly demand gen plan for Spain in partnership with the broader EMEA marketing and sales leadership. Campaign Leadership Lead the execution of integrated, multi-channel campaigns across paid search (Google Ads), paid social (LinkedIn, Meta), webinars, and events. Own the relationship with external paid media agencies, setting strategy and holding them accountable for delivery and performance. Direct A/B testing programs across creative, copy, and landing pages, and use results to keep sharpening the approach. Partner with Content, Design, and Product Marketing to make sure campaign assets land with the right audience and message. Performance and Reporting Own reporting on pipeline contribution, CPL, conversion, and other key demand gen metrics for Spain. Build and maintain dashboards in Salesforce and Looker that give leadership visibility into what's working. Turn performance data into a clear point of view on where to double down and where to pull back. Report regularly to EMEA marketing leadership on progress against targets. Cross-Functional Partnership
