CS Excellence Main Distributor & E-Commerce

The CS Excellence Main Distributor & E-Commerce role is responsible for driving customer service excellence, optimizing distributor operations, and ensuring effective sales and supply chain performance through the management of service levels, planning processes, distributor performance, and reporting. Key responsibilities include: 1. Manage, monitor, and continuously improve Customer Service Levels (CSL) for both Primary Sales and Secondary Sales to ensure service excellence and business target achievement 2. Oversee GPS-related processes, including Distributor Purchase Orders, demand pipelining, Phase-In/Phase-Out and relaunch activities, as well as stock allocation and inventory monitoring to support business continuity and product availability 3. Manage and evaluate Distributor KPI performance, ensuring alignment with business objectives and identifying opportunities for operational improvement 4. Develop, maintain, and analyze Customer Service reports and dashboards to provide accurate insights, support decision-making, and drive continuous improvement initiatives About You 1. Minimum Bachelor degree (S1) from Industrial Engineering / Supply Chain Management 2. Fluent in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively across all organizational levels 3. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel (e.g., PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data analysis, and reporting) 4. Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills, with the agility to adapt to changing business needs and priorities 5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities 6. Proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven 7. Excellent communication, interpersonal skill, presentation skill, including value messaging 8. Strong organizational and time management skills 9. Proven ability in issue resolution, escalation management, and customer expectation management 10. Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional and virtual teams 11. Self-confidence, highly motivated, and curios, with a continuous improvement mindset and a strong commitment to teamwork and business success.
