The process of the planned separation is anticipated to be completed within 18 to 24 months, subject to legal requirements, including consultation with works councils and other employee representative bodies, as may be required, regulatory approvals and other customary conditions and approvals. DePuy Synthes is recruiting for a(n) Manager, Global Compensation,   located   in   Bogota, Colombia .   The Manager, Global   Compensation   is responsible for   executing compensation programs with accuracy, consistency, and compliance across multiple markets. This role ensures the reliable delivery of core compensation processes—including annual cycles, data management, and reporting—while partnering with HR and business stakeholders to support   a consistent   employee experience.   This is an execution-focused role, ideal for a leader who thrives in operational excellence, process discipline, and continuous improvement. You will play a critical role in delivering   high ‑ quality   compensation   services at   scale in a complex, global environment.

Key Responsibilities

Execute global compensation processes, including annual salary reviews, incentive cycles, and off-cycle adjustments.   Ensure   accurate   and   timely   processing of compensation transactions in HR systems in line with established policies and procedures.   Maintain data quality through ongoing audits, validation, and issue resolution across compensation systems and reports.   Support market pricing, benchmarking, and survey participation processes, ensuring   timely   submission and data integrity.   Generate standardized and ad hoc compensation reports for HR, Finance, and business stakeholders.   Partner with HR Business Partners and Total Rewards teams to resolve inquiries and provide operational support.   Lead and coordinate process execution across global teams to ensure consistency and adherence to service level agreements.   Identify   process improvement opportunities and drive enhancements to increase efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.   Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and audit controls in all compensation activities.   Contribute to   documentation, knowledge management, and training materials to support consistent global practices.
