Motorola Solutions is looking for a talented and motivated Systems Integration, Test and Deployment Engineer to join our Systems Integration team. In this role, you will be responsible for the system-level integration and validation of TETRA/Dimetra systems, as well as their deployment and roll-out directly at customer sites, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and functionality.

What you will do: Analyze & Design: Analyze system requirements for Dimetra systems operating within the TETRA standard and design comprehensive test scenarios. Test & Debug: Execute functional system-level tests, analyze results, delve into log files, debug applications and interfaces, and troubleshoot protocol stacks. Deploy & Integrate: Travel to customer sites to deploy, configure, and integrate certified Dimetra features, system updates, and infrastructure into live environments. On-site Validation: Conduct final acceptance testing (SAT/FAT) and validation of implemented features directly on the customer's infrastructure. Troubleshoot & Optimize: Provide expert-level troubleshooting and system tuning during the deployment phase, utilizing various tools for debugging and analysis. Environment Preparation: Prepare system configurations for Transport Network, Base Stations, Core Servers, all SW applications, interfaces, and mobile subscribers for both lab and system-level tests. Collaborate: Act as a technical point of contact for clients during the roll-out phase, and collaborate effectively with internal Architects, System Designers, and development teams. Methodology: Leverage your experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and balance strong manual testing skills with the development of automated tests using AI.

Who you are: E ducation: You hold a Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Information and Communications Technology, Computer Science, Electronics, Automation, or a related field. Technical Knowledge: You possess a solid understanding of IP networks (v4), routing protocols, TCP/IP, and telecommunications around RF signaling. OS Familiarity: You are familiar with operating systems: Linux, Unix, Windows 10/11, Windows Server. Mobility: You are ready and willing to travel to customer locations (domestic and international) for deployment projects (approx. 60-70% of the time). Soft Skills: You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to represent the company professionally and work effectively under pressure in dynamic, on-site environments. Language: You are proficient in English (allowing for fluent communication), goal-oriented,  Additional skills that will be an advantage: Experience in building IP networks and configuring network devices. Experience with servers hosting Linux OS. Network traffic analysis skills with Wireshark. Advanced telecommunications knowledge.
