The Patient Financial Advocates are patient facing. This position generates revenue by handling high volumes of patient calls and providing telephonic customer service with basic knowledge of all areas of Revenue Cycle.

Provide support with billing, patient payments, patient inquires Processing assistance applications Helping get insurance coverage and resolving patient issues Help patients apply for Medicaid and special Medicaid programs. The team processed over 700 Medicaid applications last month, 755 financial assistance applications and collected approx. $127,000 You'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear directions on what it takes to succeed
