Responsibilities: You will be responsible for creator agency acquisition, community growth, and business partnerships in TikTok LIVE — a role focused on building deep, lasting relationships with agencies while driving TikTok LIVE growth together: - Develop agency BD and operational strategies based on market research and competitive analysis - Identify opportunities to develop new agencies and establish partnerships - Conduct workshops and events for new agencies to define a clear incubation and growth path - Manage goals and KPIs, analyze data, and plan and execute related initiatives
