TE Connectivity is Expanding in stamping parts at Pune Wagholi location  of the group, incumbent product engineer will be responsible to contribute to cost savings through hardware tear down, material characterization, manufacturing process evaluation, competitor product benchmarking, establish cost target, identify opportunities for cost savings & build value engineering project pipeline. Some of the products engineer will be responsible to support include Relays, Connectors, Sensors, Wire harness, contactors & rugged fiber optic products etc. supporting Energy, Industrial, Medical and Aero. Defense & Marine business units. Job Requirements

Repair & Maintenance of progressive dies to ensure meet production requirements. Modify & Preventive Maintenance of Tools as per plan. Attend the Troubleshoot and diagnose tooling issues during production runs. Basic Knowledge to Operate conventional machines such as lathes, milling, grinding Collaborate with engineers and production team for enhance production efficiency. Maintain tooling spare part inventory and ensure proper storage and organization. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area. Kaizen & activity of continuous improvement. Maintain documents & follow inline to IATF standard Collaborate with Production, Quality and ME to improve the Productivity. Follow Quality Management System and support record keeping and audits for all the tools. Take accountability for on time completion of given task. Ensure all safety requirements are met. Ensure good engineering practices are followed. Provide inputs to estimate labor and materials required for testing Capable of working to drawings, diagrams, and schematics Must be capable of multitasking and taking full ownership of assigned projects. Participate and/or lead employee continuous improvement teams as needed. Perform other duties as assigned by management What your background should look like

Diploma in Tool & Die Making -NTTF /GTTC/CTTC/IGTR or Equivalent. 2-5 years of experience in Progressive tool Maintenance in Stamping. Strong knowledge of die maintenance practices, including disassembly, cleaning, repair, and assembly. Experience with troubleshooting and diagnosing issues related to progressive dies. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong problem-solving
