They are responsible for TE's training and development strategy, ensuring the ability and readiness to meet the organization's current and future needs. They design, implement, deploy, and evaluate learning, mentoring and culture programs and activities to meet TE's strategic priorities and organizational requirements. Your main tasks:
Planning, coordination, scheduling and logistics of Strategic Development Programs delivery, with virtual and face-to-face delivery settings Supporting Program Owners with Program schedules, content and cohort management, system administration needs, including nominations, enrollment, communications and event planning Partnering with vendors, content providers and internal stakeholders to coordinate facilitators, workshop support and tracking of program purchase orders and invoices Utilize TE's enterprise talent technology platforms and tools, including the learning management system (LMS) for program creation, event scheduling, and participant enrollment management Manage financial and procurement processes for Global Talent Management including creating purchase orders, reviewing invoices, and processing chargebacks Document and maintain internal processes and procedures, and support of continuous improvement initiatives Project management and support for GTM initiatives, activities or other duties as assigned (e.g. translation of program materials, managing assessment requests, communications planning, SharePoint management, etc.) Collaborate with and serve as a backup to other program coordinators to support business-as-usual (BAU) and special project needs Your ideal profile:
1-2 years of business experience managing projects, talent programs and/or event planning. Degree in HR/Education/Business (Bachelor's degree a plus) Ability to communicate effectively (written and oral) in English; upper intermediate to advanced level of English proficiency required. Multiple language fluency is a plus. The ability to effectively plan for and manage multiple tasks and activities in a fast-paced environment Exceptional attention to detail and ability to effectively track and report progress of programs and projects Strong customer service, time
