We are seeking a deeply experienced Project Manager who can simultaneously drive multiple transformative projects and strategic initiatives.   The opportunity As a part of the Talent Technology team, you will deliver global projects and programs relevant to the Talent agenda and roadmap.  Heavy focus on the integration of systems both within the Talent and EY technology landscape.    Your key responsibilities

Contributes as an effective team member and takes accountability for deliverables Creates value to clients independently- bringing excellent project and change management skills and past client experiences Deploys best practice knowledge and techniques when undertaking work Performs rapid assessment of current landscape for clients and can provide insights around hypotheses and solutions As a team member, assists in providing smooth delivery of internal project/program outcomes Develops and manages knowledge for use across internal projects and the EY communities

Skills and attributes for success

Understanding of Cloud Technologies including implementation experience as a PM leveraging Azure, Google, AWS Experience delivering projects across the SuccessFactors Platform Knowledge of both agile and waterfall project management methodology for running complex projects At least 5 – 10 years of relevant project management experience Experience running global scale projects Experience of managing non-IT project initiatives in large scale transformations Experience in aspects of change, e.g., technology, process, and organizational change Comfortable working independently and with ambiguity to develop concepts that evolve, mature, and iterate through consultation with colleagues Ability to deliver work products of the highest quality and use project management acumen to overcome risks and issues to ensure timely delivery. Must have experience working with Microsoft Project and PowerPoint and articulating project insights and summaries for senior leadership A strong communicator, someone willing to challenge and contribute to the evolution of solutions and support in their realization Successful candidates will have at least a Scrum Master or Project Management Professional certification.  Experience with Microsoft technologies Strong MS Office skills Ability to build and maintain excellent client relationships across many different functions and organization levels Ability to work and team with a multitude of different people and different cultures Good analytical skills, judgment, and tact along with critical thinking skills Good written, oral and presentation communication and stakeholder engagement skills Ability to lead stakeholders to desired outcomes using influence and expert knowledge without rank authority Flexibility to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity, and rapid change Ability to have multi-time zone meetings outside of local business hours

To qualify for the role, you must have

Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience preferable computer science or engineering Microsoft Access and/or SQL experience strongly preferred Ability to impact operations and
