Summary: The Coca-Cola Company, an iconic brand known around the globe, is on the hunt for a strategic Consultant, Marketing - EPICS. This role is at the heart of our marketing strategy, focusing on cultivating and managing relationships that transcend traditional sales channels. The Consultant will play a crucial part in harnessing partnerships across various passion points like sports, music, live experiences, licensing and culture marketing to meet our ambitious strategic objectives. Strategic Intent: The EPICS team is responsible for identifying, creating, amplifying, and scaling compelling passion points and brand assets that support category and business objectives. The Consultant, EPICS will support the implementation and activation of key partnerships including ICC, IPL, Coke Studio Bharat, celebrity-led programs, and other strategic marketing platforms. The role will also support selected global sports partnerships and operations initiatives, including FIFA, the Olympic Games, and other major sporting events, ensuring flawless execution of contractual rights and brand activations. This role requires extensive collaboration across Host OUs, Host Markets, Host Cities, bottlers, customer teams, category teams, and enterprise functions to deliver integrated and effective partnership programs. Key Responsibilities • Support the planning and execution of sports, music, entertainment, and culture partnerships aligned with brand and business objectives. • Manage day-to-day coordination with external partners including agencies, sports bodies, music platforms, talent representatives, and event organizers. • Help deliver integrated activation plans across consumer touchpoints, including experiential, digital, customer, and retail channels. • Coordinate cross-functional teams including IMX, CCTM, Sparkling, Nutrition, Hydration, Emerging Categories, PACS, Legal, Finance, Digital, GSAP, and customer teams to ensure seamless program execution. • Support governance and operational delivery of partnership rights, assets, approvals, and timelines. • Support the Licensing program • Build collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders to enable effective partnership execution. • Assist in evaluating partnership opportunities and post-campaign performance, including business impact, consumer engagement, and ROI metrics. • Stay informed on emerging sports, music, entertainment, and culture trends to help identify relevant opportunities for the business. Functional Competencies • Ability to work effectively across diverse cultures, backgrounds, and teams in a highly collaborative environment. • Strong understanding of the cricket ecosystem and broader sports and entertainment landscape. • Capability to translate strategic partnership objectives into engaging consumer experiences and activation programs. • Experience working with agencies, partners, and third-party vendors. • Foundational project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders. • Strong communication, collaboration, and relationship management skills. • Understanding of The Coca-Cola Company system, including bottlers and cross-functional ways of working, is preferred. • Analytical mindset with the ability to assess partnership effectiveness and identify optimization opportunities. • Adaptability and curiosity to evolve with changing consumer and cultural trends.
