Responsible for financial planning, budgeting, cost management, Head count forecast & variance analysis for some of the functional groups. He/she will oversee the financial operations of the assigned functional groups, ensuring efficient financial management, improving operational efficiency, and aligning financial strategies with business objectives. What you’ll do
Monitoring Finance and Accounts & closely tracking the profit & loss account Should understand Opex & CAPEX as per the guidelines Person should be flexible and open to work in multiple things Review monthly MIS and presenting to the management as per timeline. Cost control and ensuring to meet the amount as forecasted Tracking Cashflow and financial planning Monitoring all compliances are made on time Reviewing financial processes and identifying process improvement areas Reviewing new capex projects and appraising management over the variances between the budget vs actuals Who we’re looking for
Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) with bachelor’s degree (or) master’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis role.
Preferred qualifications
Experience in working with ERP systems (SAP) and advanced financial modelling tools. Financial Expertise: Deep understanding of financial management, accounting principles Analytical Skills: Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey financial reports to stakeholders. Lam offers a variety of work location models based on the needs of each role. Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories – On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. ‘On-site Flex’ you’ll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. ‘Virtual Flex’ you’ll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
