Immediately Hiring! Painter - Cedar Falls, IA Payrate: $18.85 Hourly 1st Shift: Either 8 hour days (4:45am to 1:15pm) or 10 hour days (4:45am to 3:15pm) As a   Painter   you will be a crucial part of our operations! Your work will directly affect people's lives!

Be able to paint all parts to an acceptable standard Know how to do a viscosity test Know how to adjust volumes and the viscosity of paint Know how to add paint and catalyze per system Know how and where to document the different procedures. Know how to use the MSDS book Know how to change fluid filters Do equipment adjustments and minor repairs. Maintain a clean work area to meet the 5S standard. Do routine clean-up of paint equipment. Assist in troubleshooting problems during paint operations Rework any paint defects as soon as they are discovered.
