Answer incoming calls to the service department. Provide customer updates by phone and text. Send service reminders to customers by phone, text and email Navigate traffic in the service drive during high-volume times. Move customer vehicles. Special projects as assigned. Must be able to perform essential job functions, including being on your feet for extended periods of time and working outdoors in different weather conditions.

1+ years of experience with customer service in person and over the phone. Customer Service Phone Skills: Required Excellent communication skills; Required Previous experience in a similar or related position. Professional personal appearance. Computer friendly. Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence Total Rewards The hourly wage range for this position is $20 - $22.
