As a Recruiter, you will play a vital role at Paychex by identifying, attracting, and hiring exceptional individuals who will contribute to our success. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and extending offers. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent. Responsibilities Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent requirements and develop inclusive interview panels and recruiting strategies. Utilize various sourcing strategies, including job boards, social media platforms, networking events, partnering with internal sources, and referrals, to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates. Review and evaluate external, internal, and referral applicants, ensuring each candidate receives a timely response. Schedule and conduct interviews to assess candidates' skills and experience. Manage the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, ensuring timely communication and conveying Paychex’s employer value proposition. Manage the selection and offer process – analyze data to determine compensation, explain equity eligibility, benefits, and negotiation. Focus in one functional area and require knowledge of that area, such as technical recruiting, sales, high-volume customer experience, etc. Support projects or initiatives such as campus recruiting, diversity recruiting, process improvements, etc. Regularly work with partners in HR, Finance, Learning, and People Operations to ensure eligibility, budget, and start dates align. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system. Qualifications in Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience - Preferred 2+ years of relevant recruiting experience, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Requires business English proficiency equivalent to a level C1 CEFR or higher. Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and applicant tracking systems. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and effectively collaborate with hiring managers and candidates. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Ability to think creatively and proactively to attract top talent and improve recruitment processes. Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.
