We are hiring a Partner Success Intern to our Strategic Partners team in São Paulo!

This role is to join the Brazil Partners team, responsible for building and managing relationships with our most strategic network of partners. As a Partners Intern, you will play a key operational and analytical role, directly supporting commercial executives in driving growth and operational excellence. The position will work closely with the team to refine processes, manage performance indicators, and ensure a seamless journey for our partners. This is a great opportunity to join a fast-paced environment where you can learn about B2B operations, data-driven management, and process improvement

• Collaborate closely with commercial executives to support relationships with strategic partners in Brazil

• Ensure excellent communication and rapid problem-solving when dealing with internal routines and partner demands

• Drive operational excellence by supporting commercial and contractual workflows within our core systems (e.g., Salesforce, Jira)

• Partner with the team to collaborate on mapping and implementing process improvements that reduce manual workload

• Contribute to the development, tracking, and improvement of team performance indicators and data management

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program (Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, International Relations, Social Communication, Marketing, or related fields)

• Intermediate or advanced level of English is mandatory.
