SuccessFactors Talent Management Consultant Core Experience: SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals, Succession and Career Development Experience configuring calibration, talent review and succession pool processes Strong integration experience between Talent modules and Compensation/Employee Central Good knowledge of MDF (Metadata Framework) based extensions Functional knowledge of competency and career path frameworks Understanding of talent analytics and workforce insights Key Competencies: 10 to 12 years in SAP HR/SuccessFactors Talent consulting Experience in blueprinting and writing functional specifications, help manuals and test scripts Experience supporting large-scale talent management implementations Experience in creating root cause analysis for talent process issues Should be able to communicate directly with the business users and resolve the issues Capacity to understand business requirements from a client's point of view Capacity to work in a group domain, viably cooperating with others Must be results-oriented with full ownership Capacity to perform multiple tasks and deal with different expectations and undertakings simultaneously Strong fundamental knowledge in domain areas Strong communication skills At DXC Technology, we believe strong connections and community are key to our success.
