Customer Service Representative (Order Management)

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative (Order Management) to support the end-to-end order fulfillment process, ensuring customer orders are processed accurately and delivered on time. You will work closely with customers, sales teams, manufacturing plants, warehouses, and logistics providers to coordinate orders from entry through shipment.

Process and manage customer orders using SAP or similar ERP systems. Coordinate order fulfillment from order entry through delivery. Follow up with manufacturing plants on production and committed shipment schedules. Plan and monitor delivery and shipping schedules with warehouses and logistics providers. Liaise with customers, dealers, freight forwarders, and shipping agents regarding order status and shipment arrangements. Process order amendments and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders. Prepare order status, delivery, and shipment reports.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field. 2-5 years of experience in Customer Service, Order Management, Sales Support, Logistics, or Supply Chain. Experience using SAP or similar ERP systems. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications. Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Good command of English.
