Due to growth within UK programmes, we will need talented Infrastructure Engineers throughout the course of 2026… Role Overview: You will be to work collaboratively with colleagues and our customer in an exciting and critical LAN/WAN environment.   A key requirement of this role is to deliver technical service in a dynamic ITIL environment as well as incorporating Agile change delivery.  Your Role and Responsibilities; Demonstrable experience of Windows Server based infrastructure at an enterprise level Demonstrable experience of RedHat Linux OS based infrastructure as well as general Linux support skills Experienced in the management and maintenance of VMWare based virtualised estates Deployment and support experience of Hyper Converged Infrastructure. Management and troubleshooting of storage technologies including NetApp & Dell Management and troubleshooting of Active Directory within an on premise environment Development of a customer desktop build with a number of bespoke/legacy applications Packaging and deployment of applications Required Skills: Experience of Microsoft Exchange management & support from 2013 onwards Experience of MS SQL Server and SQL Database Clustering Experience of Veeam Backup technology Experience of Ivanti Device & Application Control implementation Experience of patch management including analysis and deployment Excellent communications and organisational skills as well as the ability to work independently as well as in a team Experience in ITIL ICT service delivery and SAFE Agile delivery of critical infrastructure Experience of working under pressure to meet deadlines while handling multiple priorities Understanding of the importance of stakeholder management and organisational acumen Demonstrable ability to adapt to new technologies, skillsets and to learn quickly Worked in a business or safety critical environment previously Desirable Skills: Expose or experience of working with F5 Load Balancing technology Experience of build, test and ongoing management of a VDI solution using VMWare Horizon Clearance Requirements: Clearance to Start BPSS Clearance for Role SC You must be willing to undergo SC or DV clearance dependent upon the security requirements for the role Are you ready to make an impact?
