Join us and help shape the future of aerospace and defense. We are seeking a highly motivated professional to join the Support Equipment Fleet Management Team. In this role, you will serve as the primary focal point for Financial Improvement and Audit Readiness (FIAR) compliance and U.S. Government-owned assets within Pratt & Whitney's custody. As a highly visible member of the organization, you will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify, prioritize, and implement FIAR requirements while ensuring alignment with business objectives, regulatory standards, and government property accountability requirements. In partnership with Fleet Managers, PSPs, Warehouse Operations, and cross-functional stakeholders, the candidate will drive inventory accuracy, audit readiness, corrective action implementation, and continuous process improvement initiatives. This role will also leverage data analytics, reporting, and system enhancements to improve asset visibility, strengthen internal controls, and reduce compliance risk. What You Will Do

Serve as the primary focal point for Support Equipment FIAR compliance, ensuring adherence to Government Property Management requirements, audit standards, and internal control procedures. Lead and coordinate records-to-floor and floor-to-records inventory audits, reconciliation activities, and corrective action plans to maintain inventory accuracy and audit readiness. Perform detailed analysis of SAP, SEAL, and related enterprise system data to identify inventory discrepancies, transactional errors, and compliance gaps; implement corrective actions and recommend long-term process improvements. Partner with Government Property, Fleet Management, Delivery Assurance, Warehouse Operations, and DCMA representatives to resolve inventory issues, improve asset accountability, and ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.
