Your Responsibilities
As the Communications and Training Specialist for John Deere Enterprise Product Engineering (EPE) , you will lead communications planning and execution of tactics for Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and the EPE staff in support of current initiatives, projects, events, or changes impacting the business. You will partner closely with PLM Product Managers, PLM Digital Process Experts, EPE Staff, and business leadership teams to deliver clear, timely, and consistent messaging that supports business priorities and employee engagement across global teams. Additionally, you will:
Lead and manage communication of project plans, timelines, and key milestones that are integral for PLM and EPE Initiatives to stakeholders on a consistent basis Develop, coordinate, and integrate communication strategies for PLM and EPE leadership, including presentations and message development, newsletters, videos, Viva Engage, SharePoint/JDO content Create and execute audience-centric communications – such as presentations, leadership messages, global all-employee meetings content, and videos – that ensure accurate, aligned information that is delivered effectively and drives awareness, understanding, and action Coordinate the annual certification of training content Build and maintain a SharePoint site that houses and communicates PLM information to help employees adopt Enterprise standard process, execute day-to-day work, and connect to broader team strategies, goals, and outcomes

Uses clear and effective verbal and writen skills Experience with communication planning for employee/internal messages and provides technical guidance when expressing ideas and requesting actions Understands and effectively uses standard office equipment and standard software packages (Microsoft PowerPoint, VivaEngage, SharePoint) to support business process, while providing technical guidance as needed. Experience in video editing (Synthesia, PowerPoint, other) Brand training to support consistent, on-brand communications

Education
Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:
Bachelors degree in a Communications, Journalism, Mass Communications, Public Relations, Graphic Design, or Marketing discipline
