WHAT YOU GET TO DO Plant controller is the key financial position on the plant’s leadership team. This role is responsible for the organization, direction, and controls of all aspects of the assigned plant’s accounting and financial functions, which includes timely and accurate reporting to Amcor.  And in full compliance with US GAAP and Amcor policies. Leads analysis and communication of financial information to support effective business decisions.  Including interpreting results and making recommendations to Plant leadership, Sales, and Business Unit Leadership teams, along with an emphasis on change leadership and outperformance. Supports the Business Unit by providing training on systems and financial processes ensuring that a high standard of controllership is maintained across all plants. Demonstrate and foster Amcor Values, including safety actions and participation. Ownership of Plant P&L, inventory (working capital), month and quarterly forecasts, financial comparisons, and explanations of actual results versus the financial estimates delivering insights and clear explanations for leadership. Drives a strategic vision for optimal results and communicates to and coordinates with the teams to achieve those objectives.    Ensure plant management understands operational levers that affect plant profitability.  Including training and development of financial acumen to the plant
