A Day in the Life The SH Marketing Program Lead designs and executes strategic initiatives that support global therapy adoption, customer engagement, and commercial effectiveness. This role focuses on operationalizing strategy through scalable programs, tools, and initiatives that enable customers to adopt and use therapies successfully via masterful storytelling and engagement. Additionally, this role will lead commercialization of AI-guided decision-making aid platforms. A Day in the Life: Marketing Programs Design and implement strategic programs that support therapy adoption and customer engagement such as account-based strategies. Drive the continued development and expansion of the Future of TAVR program via storytelling and collaborating with key stakeholders to provide a cohesive experience Design and develop a value story articulating differentiators of Medtronic TAVR therapies and programs to both clinical and non-clinical audiences. Align global strategy with regional execution by collaborating with regional marketing teams. Leverage and build upon best practices with regions to inform program scope and scale. Translate commercial and marketing strategies into actionable programs and initiatives. Manage the full lifecycle of programs including planning, resource coordination, execution, and performance tracking. Collaborate with marketing, medical education, clinical affairs, and field teams to design impactful initiatives. Develop scalable program frameworks that can be implemented across multiple regions or markets. Ensure programs align with regulatory and compliance requirements. Identify opportunities to improve program impact using performance data and stakeholder feedback. Track program outcomes and provide insights to refine future initiatives. Portfolio Programs Lead the launch of an AI-guided pre-case planning platform while incorporating the value proposition within the larger portfolio context. Provide field teams with program resources, materials, and guidance for effective execution. Must Have: 10 + years of marketing experience, with significant focus on program strategy and design (advanced degree and 8 years.) 7 years of proven experience supporting and having accountability to a Global marketing organization.
