Facility Manager

This position is National Remote. You'll enjoy the flexibility to telecommute* from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. For all hires in Minneapolis, Virginia, Maryland, or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office for a minimum of four (4) days per week. Employees are required to have flexibility to work during our normal business hours of 8:00 am - 5:00 pm local time. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime. We offer weeks of on-the-job training. The hours of training will be aligned with your schedule. Training will cover standard onboarding and some shadowing with colleagues.

Utilize maintenance software and reporting tools to analyze data related to facility maintenance activities, costs, performance metrics, and trends. Interpret findings to identify patterns, opportunities for improvement, and areas of concern Prepare comprehensive reports, presentations, and dashboards to communicate analytical findings, recommendations, and performance metrics to key stakeholders Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on goals and strategies Work with predictive maintenance models and algorithms to anticipate equipment failures, prioritize maintenance activities, and minimize downtime. Analyze predictive maintenance data to refine models and improve accuracy over time Remote Facility Operations Management Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple remote facilities, with focus on maintenance, equipment, housekeeping, and security Develop and implement standardized policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure consistent and compliant facility operations across all remote sites Leasing and Property Management Manage leasing agreements for clinical facilities, including negotiation of lease terms, renewal options, and rental rates Coordinate with landlords, property managers, and legal counsel to ensure compliance with lease agreements and resolve any lease-related issues Conduct periodic reviews of lease agreements and recommend adjustments or renegotiations as needed Regulatory Compliance Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory standards, codes, and guidelines governing clinical facilities, including healthcare facility regulations and safety requirements, e.g. ADA OSHA and OSHS policies Coordinate facility inspections, audits, and surveys by regulatory agencies and internal/external auditors Develop and implement corrective action plans to address any compliance deficiencies identified during inspections or audits Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging technologies, and trends in facility management and maintenance analytics. Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation within the organization Develop and manage facility budgets, including operating expenses, capital expenditures, and facility improvement projects Travel is 25-50% for facilities support Must be able to lift 50lbs You'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.
