In this role, you’ll design, build, and maintain scalable solutions within Workday Adaptive Planning, supporting planning, forecasting, and reporting for our global Finance organization. The ideal candidate is a collaborative problem solver with strong Adaptive technical skills, a passion for continuous improvement, and the ability to deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced, global environment. This role requires the ability to work core hours that overlap with the London business day. What You’ll Do •    Design, configure, and enhance Adaptive models, dimensions, and calculations to meet business planning needs. •    Build and optimize reports, dashboards, and OfficeConnect templates that deliver actionable insights. •    Support integrations between Adaptive and other enterprise systems, ensuring data accuracy and automation. •    Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Adaptive Planning users across global teams. •    Partner with Finance and IT stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions. •    Document configurations, processes, and best practices to promote consistency and knowledge sharing. •    Contribute to continuous improvement efforts, leveraging automation, cloud tools, and AI-driven analytics. Qualifications • 10 Years Experience as an Technology Professional.  • 4+ years of hands-on experience with Workday Adaptive Planning, including model configuration, reporting, and integrations. •   Strong understanding of FP&A processes such as budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. •   Familiarity with Workday Financials, Foundation Data Model (FDM data Framework) and dimensional model used inside Adaptive Planning. •  Proficiency with Adaptive Reporting and OfficeConnect. •  Familiarity with integration technologies or cloud platforms (e.g., Workday EIBs, AWS, or Azure Data Factory). •    Experience supporting global or enterprise-scale Adaptive environments. •    Knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira or ServiceNow. •    Exposure to automation or AI-driven analytics in financial systems. •    A continuous improvement mindset and strong customer-service orientation. Education •    Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
